A 12 Hour Worshop
Whit Tantric Yoga is a powerful Kundaliniyoga practice

I was thrilled to attend my very first White Tantric Yoga Workshop last year. I relied heavily on the universe to see how everything would align and of course it worked out better than I could’ve planned.
You need a partner and of course I didn’t plan a partner. If you don’t have a partner you can pick on or they pick you one. Luckily, there were several needing partners. Everything went smooth. My partner was an excellent Yogini. It was amazing how it all worked out.
Kundalini Yogis, wear all white, and a Turban. Happily, achieved a nicely wrapped turban today, (10/04/2024) as all of us begin to line up in rows. Thrilled for it all! What an experience.
I know a handful of yogis already and another handful from being online only… this year, should hopefully double both categories as it’s a great way to network and connect with others in our community. Plus, I came in from Las Vegas, Nevada and I had never been to UCLA Ackerman Hall until now!
We line up in rows and practice between 4 – 8 different Kriyas respectively at 31 – 62 minutes each in length. Moderators walk around and relieve you if you can’t hold your asana for the duration of the meditation as to not break the energy buildup. To check head coverings and overall performance… anyone can become a moderator after attending their first (WTY) worship. I might try that next year. We’ll see. I love being a yogi too….
These workshops are required to finish your level 1 certification training. These workshops are wonderful as this is a raj yoga (Royal Yoga) and only expands you.

We hope to see you in 2025! I’m on my way now! May you be blessed and follow your heart… after you break it open continuously!
