There are many types of meditation to choose from all of which have great benefits to them.
For today’s topic we are going to focus on Mantra Meditation. Where we choose a mantra to repeat over and over for the entirety of our meditation.
It’s a creative projection of mind through sound. Man = Mind Tra = Direction
Mantras are high vibrational affirmations and formulas the redirect and alter the patterns of the mind. Essentially, what we vibrate we become.
There are numerous benefits to practicing mantra meditation, on many levels of our being. Physically, Emotionally, Mentally, Energetically.
By practicing mantra meditation we are able to expand our awareness at a much higher rate by focus and concentration, through repetition, articulation of the mantra, discipline of maintaining the asana, we are able to release karmic blockages, energetic states, subconscious garbage, all of which inhibit you from experiencing your exalted state of being.
The programming is from magazines, television, ads, radio, everything. So we chant mantra to instill high vibrational affirmations and by doing so we are able to create some space between our thoughts. In that space, we learn to expand it.

The mantras themselves hold high frequency energy. Have their own meaning and will sprout in your mind the more we practice which will eventually become your haven. Your exalted frequency will vibrate through. The voices we don’t want in our heads will eventually be replaced. The negative self talk, the lazy, the jealousy, the resentfulness, etc,etc. These voices aren’t really you.
You are an excellent example of the divine! By meditation and chanting mantra and combing the two we are sure to reach our goals and achieve the dreams we desire!
